Online Celebration: The online celebration is only available for the full event ($115). if you book for the online NEDC, all sessions will only be available for replay from Friday, May 3rd through Wednesday, May 8th. The Empowerment will only be available to watch for 24 hours on Saturday, May 4th. The teachings and meditations will be available through Wednesday, May 8th.
Audio Recordings: May be purchased when making a booking. Audio recordings are of the teaching sessions and empowerment talk only, and do not include the guided meditations, retreat sessions or chanted prayers. Recordings may only be purchased for sessions that you have registered for. Recordings are for the sole use of the registered recipient and should not be shared. The last day to purchase recordings is May 31.

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking.
Registration for the Online NEDC is available until Friday, April 26 at 7:30pm. At that time registration will close to give our volunteers time to process registrations.

Staying at KMC New York gives you the full Celebration experience. Enjoy the day, immersing yourself in the Celebration program, the beautiful and tranquil woodland environment that houses KMC New York, and quiet country nights.
There are a variety of indoor accommodations, including ensuite rooms, available on a first come/first serve basis for this event. Our indoor accommodations are all simple but comfortable.
Camping is also a great option to allow you to stay onsite. Bring your own gear (unlimited camping space) or rent a pre-erected tent (limited). Campers will have access to the shared bathrooms and kitchens in the accommodation buildings.
Breakfast is included for all onsite accommodations bookings.

Uber, Lyft and taxis are extremely limited in this area. We recommend calling and reserving a taxi in advance. If you are interested in ride sharing with others attending the NEDC, please contact your local Center to see if they are arranging this.
Lunch and dinner are available to Celebration attendees. You can book for meals at the time of booking your Celebration. There is an option to book either vegetarian or vegan meals. We cannot cater to other dietary restrictions.
Meals: $7 per lunch or dinner
Breakfast is included for those staying onsite. Coffee drinks, teas, snacks and light fare are available in the World Peace Cafe.
Getting to the Temple
KMC New York is about 2 hours from New York City (depending on traffic). Getting here by public transportation is a great option.
KMC NYC Saturday Shuttle
KMC NYC is providing a Saturday, April 27, shuttle that will depart KMC NYC at 8:00am and leave the temple grounds to head back to KMC NYC at 6:15pm. You can book this shuttle here

There are two local stops with Coach USA from Port Authority: Matamoras, PA: Stops at the Best Western where you can wait in the lobby for a taxi; or Port Jervis, NY: Stops at the First Assembly Church parking lot (you have to wait in the parking lot for a taxi). coachusa.com
Taxi & Ride-Share Services
If you are arriving by train or bus or staying offsite in the local area, Uber, Lyft and taxis are extremely limited in this area. We recommend calling and reserving a taxi in advance of your arrival (i.e. call the day before).
The cost of a taxi to KMC NY from Matamoras, PA or Port Jervis, NY is approximately $30-$40.

Please note we are not providing shuttles or transport from hotels. If you are interested in ride sharing, please contact your local Center to see if they are arranging this.
Children are welcome in the temple during sessions if they can remain quiet and not disruptive to the session. We ask that parents do not bring children under 2 years of age into the Temple during sessions. There will be a video link available for parents to watch sessions with their children.
Parents or guardians are responsible for their children at all times while on KMC New York’s property.
Due to the nature of our accommodations, indoor accommodations at KMC New York are not available to children under 16. Children under 18 also are not able to stay in our shared or dorm accommodations. Families are welcome to camp onsite, or may wish to book accommodations offsite.
